SaaS product focused on activation and retention

Line UP – an SaaS tool which enables anyone to sell tickets for upcoming events – invited Jill Quick in summer 2015 to review their existing email marketing strategy and consult on their existing campaigns.

The Mission

Line UP already had a very successful acquisition strategy to drive new users to the site and convert them into customers. In order to develop this further, the company were looking for insights to support changes to their email campaigns as well as welcome, activation and retention emails.


Jill Quick assisted Line UP in reviewing their email marketing campaign through an analytics work shop focused on consulting a measurement plan for their Google Analytics. The project focused on the following areas.

Jill consulted on our on boarding strategy and provided a framework to improve our email programme and identified quick wins for our messaging and website landing pages. We are now looking to work with her on a wider strategy project
